Processing Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Delivery times 7–10 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak season, weather or customs can add a few days.

Tracking Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after you get the email. That's normal.
Duties and taxes If import duties or taxes apply, we show them at checkout where we can, so you won't pay again on delivery. If they aren't shown at checkout, your country's carrier may collect them on delivery.
Lost or late orders Email us if your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping. We'll reship it or refund you.
Address Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel after it ships. If an order comes back because of a wrong address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
